Solo

I have been working on a solo project for the past year and a half. Having worked mainly as part of a duo I wanted the challenge of performing, recording and arranging an album myself. In the absence of a piano accompaniment I have had to find alternative ways of creating fuller arrangements. I enjoy singing harmonies so much that I thought I would approach the guitar in the same way, building up a fuller sound by layering lots of different guitar parts. I have also added piano (minimal!) and textured strings to some songs to add more colour to the arrangements.
